James O. Ward Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2024, at the age of 91, James O. Ward of Horton, Michigan, born in Parma, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ward and Merle Ward; his siblings, Albert Ward, Lyle Ward, Lawrence Ward, Max Ward, Helen Griffes and Marie Beasore; and his grandson Christopher Magness.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Ward; his sisters, Dora Vokoun and Irene Schmees; his daughters, Cindy Magness (Randy), Cathy McKinney (Craig), Charlene Hughes (Donald) and Penny Monroe (Larry); and his grandchildren, Michele Cave (Brandon), Jared McKinney (Heather), Jaime Collins (Jason), Sarah Wojciechowski, Stephanie Benson, Donald Hughes Jr. (Olivia), Melissa Hughes, Brittany Wolf (Nick) and Tyler Monroe. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Concord Presbyterian Church or Hospice of Hillsdale County.
