He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Gottfreid Edwin Woltmann (Jack) and Josephine Elizabeth Woltmann; his wife Mary Belle; his son-in-law Michael Maino; and his grandson Theodore Maino (Ted).
He is survived by: his brother William; his children, Mary Belle Stiles, Pearl Jimenez (Austin) of Mesa, AZ, Jack Jr. (Jeannette), Ann Arbor, Mary Victoria Maino (Vickie) of Jackson, MI, William (June) of Jamestown, NY and Joseph (Karen) of Toledo, OH.; his siblings, Richard Woltmann and Elizabeth Jones (Bettie); and his grandchildren, Chad Jimenez, Angie Fagan, Ryan Jimenez, Emily Woltmann, Sarah Woltmann-Elsworth, Erin Herrington, Jessica Spak, William Woltmann, Kelsey Woltmann-Cole and Alex Liberty.
