He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Spink and Edith Spink (Lee); and his wife Janette (Loveland). He is survived by: his children, Dawn Hatch of Hanover, Robert Spink of Jackson, Laurie Hagen (Mike) of Howell and Robin Woodard (Miles) of Chelsea; his grandchildren, Jennifer Owen (Russell), Heather Mullins (Kelly), Cody Werner, Ava, Samuel and Emma Woodard; and his great grandchildren, Kyle, Adam Owen, Madison, Reagan, Eliza and Harrison Mullins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Jackson County 4-H Foundation and the Hanover American Legion, Post 270.
