She was predeceased by: her father Herschel; her husband Richard Halsey; and her son Thomas Halsey. She is survived by: her sons, David Halsey, MD (Natalie) and Brian Halsey (Bonnie); her daughter-in-law Gale Halsey; her grandchildren, Sarah Halsey, Amanda Kirkland (Kit), Jessica Brown (Dan), Erica Halsey (Greg Swets) and BJ Halsey (Dana); and her great grandchildren, Theodore, Leo Brown, Oscar Swets, Katherine Kirkland, Zachary and Jace Halsey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Contributions in her memory and directed to the Jackson Interfaith Shelter, Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice or the First United Methodist Church.
