Jay Bouwkamp Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Bouwkamp of Hopkins, Michigan, who passed away on November 6, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Bouwkamp and Betty Bouwkamp; and his siblings-in-law, Al Beukema, Ray Veltema and Doretta Bouwkamp.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cornelius Bouwkamp, Arthur (Alma Bouwkamp), Emily Veltema, Betty (Case Bosman) and Ron (Marlene Bouwkamp). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to World Renew Disaster Relief.
