He is survived by: his wife Norma Sue Caswell (Greer); his children, Gary Parnell (Xiomara), William Caswell (Christina) and Marsha Baker (Tim); and his grandchildren, Madeline Parnell, Monique Parnell, Olivia Parnell, Caitlin Parnell, Amber Caswell, Dathan Caswell, Eymar Fuentes, Yxa Fuentes and Lixi Deables. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
