She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Smith and Mildred Smith (Smith); and her brother Fred Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Dean Price; her children, Autumn Price and Jeremy Price; and her brothers, Roger Smith (Laura) and Ken Smith. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
