He is survived by: his father Russell Bailey Sr. of Honor; and his siblings, Debbie Reed of Honor, Rick Fast of Honor, Vicki Fast of Honor, Jeanne Harris (Buzz) of Honor and Glenn Fast of Honor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
