He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Maxwell and Faye L. Maxwell; his sister Gloria Cowgill; and his pets, Midnight, Duffy and Pippi.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Maxwell; his sons, Joseph Maxwell (Laura) of Poulsbo, WA. and David Maxwell; and his grandsons, Justin Maxwell and Joshua Maxwell (Emerald Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
