He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Frank and Phyllis Frank (Dussia); his wife Joyce Loomis; his son Troy Frank; his brother Charles Frank; and his brother-in-law Jerry Loomis.
He is survived by: his children, Jodie Bowman (Darin) of Monroe, Michigan, Gene Frank Jr. (Michelle) of Erie and James Frank (Rachel) of Erie; his sister Janet Loomis of LaSalle, Michigan; his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew Frank, Ava Young, Ian, Evan, Emma Frank, Bailey Brancheau, Jacob Willets and Jenner Bowman; and his great grandchildren, Brielle and Ronan Frank.
