He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Young and Marian Young (Hollingsworth); and his grandparents, Mable, Charles Hollingsworth, Herman and Lena Young.
He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn "Jackie" Young; his daughters, Shari Lee Lambert (Greg) and Traci Ann Micheau (Scott); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Janssen (Jared), Karlee Lloyd (Jimmy), McKenzie Vincent (Dylan), Avery Micheau (Anthony), Ava Micheau (Logan), Brooklyn Micheau (Chris) and Charles Anthony; his sister Sherry Cebina (Bob); and his uncle Chuck. He is also survived by nephews and many close lifelong friends.
A reception was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Merkle Funeral Service (14567 S Dixie Hwy, Monroe Charter Twp, MI 48161).
