She is survived by: her husband Ronald Bowman of Temperance, Michigan; her children, Melinda Shropshire (Chad) of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee and Nathern Davis (Tallie) of Ringgold, Georgia; her stepchildren, April Beilman (James) of Columbia, Eugene Bowman of Monroe, Paul Bowman (Shannon) of Erie and Jeff Bowman (Jenny) of Erie; and her brothers, John Thornton (Diane) of Holland, Don Thornton of Monroe and Ron Thornton (Pam) of Florida. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; and twenty-five great grandchildren.
