He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Fowler and Shirley Fowler; and his brother Roger Fowler. He is survived by: his children, Cecil Ray Fowler of Memphis, TN, William Cecil Fowler II of Jackson, Daniel Fowler (Lynnette) of Albion and Michelle Fowler of Huntington Beach, CA; his sisters, Connie Litchard (Kent) of Rock, MI and Amy Pelfrey (Jamie) of Albion; and his pet Cheyenne. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
