She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee DeForest; her children, Richard DeForest II (Nora) of Illinois, Ruth Harrington (Brian) of Florida, Mary Lewis of North Carolina and Conni Hackworth (Paul) of Marshall; her grandchildren, Lisa, Lee, Michelle, Donovan, Amy, Tyler, Johnna, Jeremy, Monica and Kyle; and her stepgrandchildren, Paul Jr., Stacey Hackworth, Natalie Harrington, Kimberly and Rachael Cullom.
