She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnson K. Floyd and Mae Lanham Floyd; her former husband Henry Orman; her husband Guy J. Yates; her daughter Phyllis "Pinky" Orman Hering; her son-in-law George F. Hering of Bellmont, IL; her siblings, Wynona Pyle, Lois Pankey, Estelle Floyd, Joe Floyd and James Floyd; and her stepson Larry D. Yates.
She is survived by: her cousin Octavia Floyd Cook; her stepdaughter Sharon Yates Clark (Ben) of Oklahoma; and her son Henry J. Orman (Ria) of Homer, MI.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren.
