He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Percival and Betty Percival (Rickard); his granddaughter Maddalyn; his brothers, Charles and Emmett; and his nieces, Shelly, Carmin and Janet Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Gillespie (Nicholas) of Homer, MI and Adam Kozicki of Jackson, MI; his grandchildren, Mathew Smith, Austin Smith, Jonathon Gillespie, Natalya Gillespie and William Kozicki; his siblings, Donald Percival, Charlotte Percival and Shirlee Percival; and his nieces and nephews, Shari, Scott, Stacey, Sondria, Jonni, Mickhail and Silis.
