It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ollie Mae Prater of Homer, Michigan, born in Blue River, Kentucky, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Nelson and Lulie Brown; her husband Luster Prater; her son Zandel Prater; and her siblings, Ashland, Martha, Maggie, Stella and Fannie.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Milligan, Randall Prater (April), Irvin Prater (Tamera), Patricia Mann and Mark Prater (Charity); and her grandchildren, Bethany, Zandra, Matthew, Brandon, Shyanna, Ashley, Liana, Tyler, Jordan, Olivia and Katee. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and all loving family and friends.
