He is survived by: his son Mike Leathead Jr. (Allison); his grandchildren, Caleb Leathead, Cody Fry, Carly Fry, Colbie Leathead, Caden Leathead and Camille Fry; and his siblings, David Leathead (Sharon), Sharon VanEpps (Douglas), Kennith Leathead (Lorraine), Regina Ewers (Edwin) and Gary Leathead (Michele). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
