He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Brown and Nannie Brown (Dixon); and his grandson Justin Brown. He is survived by: his children, Hershel Brown, Jr. (Tammie) and Kelly Brown; his siblings, Lillian Miller, Carol Brown, Linda Young, Mallie Shore, Marilyn Wooton, Cindy Terry and Larry Brown; and his close friend Mary Imhol. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
