She was predeceased by: her father Walter VanArman; her husband Leonard Cousino, Sr.; her sister Minnie May Churchill-Lusk; her mother Julia May VanArman-Keiper (Fisher); her son-in-law James Perkins; and her grandchildren, Katherine Cousino, Doug Cousino Jr., Heather Cousino and Scott Bunyard.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard Cousino Jr. (Debi Woolsey), Doug Cousino (Pam), Ron Cousino (Robin), Greg Cousino, Cindy McKenzie (Lamar), Diane Perkins, Donna Cousino and Judy Lefere (Vince); her brother Walter VanArman, Jr.; and her close friend Bob Stoll. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirty-nine great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
