She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Patrick and Maxine Patrick; her husband Clayton Hackworth; and her siblings, Viola Spradlin (Patrick) and Ueal E. "Pat" Patrick.
She is survived by: her aunt Miney; her children, Pam, Gary Hackworth (Dawn Hackworth) and Pamela Hackworth McAndrews (Phil McAndrews); her grandchildren, Philip Hackworth (Lori Seckinger), Greg Hackworth (Nikki Hackworth), Dana Riske (Josh Riske), Clay McAndrews (Leslie McAndrews) and Parker McAndrews (Bethany Peterson); and her great grandchildren, Julia Riske, Gavin Riske, Emma Hackworth, Addison Riske, Miles Hackworth, Brooklin Riske, Henley Riske and Tessa McAndrews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Homer Public Library.
