He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Brooks. He is survived by: his extended family, Sam, Joe Pace, Robert Wolfe and Tyler Brooks; his wife Sharon Brooks; his daughters, Kelsye Gilbert (Trenton) and Kirsten Brooks; his father William Duane Brooks; his grandsons, Devaughn Hays, Davion, Malaki Louris and Lucas Gilbert; and his brothers, Ronald and Daniel Brooks (Tami). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
