He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Johnson and Alice Johnson-Carrp (Ransom); his siblings, Robert Johnson, Candice Applegate and Ruth Johnson; and his niece Rachel Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Y. Johnson of Galena, Missouri; his children, Patty Jo McCullogh (Thomas) of Galena, Missouri, Penny Perez (David) of Reeds Spring, Missouri and Randy Scott Johnson of Galena, Missouri; his grandchildren, Alisha, Andrew of Amber, TJ, Travis, Isaac, Hanna, Brooklyn, Taylor, Matthew and Samuel; his siblings, Homer Johnson of Holton, Rex Johnson, Luke Johnson of Cedar Springs and Brenda Miller of Muskegon; and his nephew Floyd Johnson. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
