She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Lewis; her grandchildren, Nancy Sinnaeve (Tom), Tammy Brownfield (Mike), Jeff Lewis, Angie Ramos (Dan) and Leslie Vargas; her husband James Cook; her son DJ Cook; her son-in-law Gene Lewis; her grandson Mitchell Lewis; and her sisters, Novella Featherston (Owen), Mabel McNabb (Mac) and Louise Auvenshine (Leonard). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
