He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Sr.; his son Thomas III; his grandson Scott; and his great grandchild Jayden. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his son Richard Williams (LyRae); his stepdaughter Amanda Smith; his children, James (Jeff Williams), John St. John, Stacie Duke and Paul (Jason Smith); his pet Shadow; his mother Libby Reece of Tennessee; and his brothers, Dewey of Iowa and Ron of Kentucky. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
