He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee and Charlene Yvonne (Prall); and his sisters, Lynda Lee (Bishop) and Penny Marie (Magnum). He is survived by: his brother Charles; his wife Melissa Ann (Aungst); his children, Derek Alan and Devonie Ann (Block); and his grandchildren, Mason Crawley, Amelia and Oliver Block.
