She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Sherwood and Gertrude M. Sherwood of Howell; and her brothers, John Sherwood and Vernor Sherwood. She is survived by: her son Scott S. Smith of Lansing; and her extended family, Phyllis Ann Fletcher of Florida, Donald Sherwood, Linda Wesley and Tim Wesley of Tennessee.
