He is survived by: his wife Angie; his children, Laurie Gyorkos (Frank), Lesley Gottschalk and Daniel Gottschalk (Michelle Maloney); his siblings, David (Addie), Dahrel and Patricia Fettes; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Peyton and Preston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
