He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Nethaway and LaDonna Nethaway; and his nephew Colin Nethaway. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeri Messeroll (Bill) and Kurt Nethaway (Julie); his niece Linda Guthrie (John); and his great-niece Ava Guthrie.
