She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Pepper and Emma Pepper; her husband Harold Higgins; her children, Susan, Brian and Barbara; and her brothers, Charles and William.
She is survived by: her children, Robert, Paul (Linda), Diane Kennedy (Ron) and Shirley Young (Jim). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
