He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ballou; his children, Benjamin, Timothy Ballou (Bobbie) and Aimee Martens (Kurt); his grandchildren, Kathryn Ballou, Mariah Robbe (Caleb), Victor Martens, Virginia Martens, Wyatt Martens, Tiffany Ballou, Jessica Buck (Justin) and Helen Rutherford (Mathew); and his siblings, Robert Ballou (Sharon), Donald Ballou, Daniel Ballou, Mary Robertson (Wayne), Martha Clark and Evelyn Stierley (Dave).
