In loving memory of Edna M. Minnis of Holt, Michigan, born in Crestline, Ohio, who departed this world on September 17, 2024 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Smith and Magdalene Smith (Schwind); her husband Max Minnis; her son-in-law Edwin Frazier; her great grandchild Gavin Stewart; her sisters, Dorothy Alice Smith, Constance Grimes (Edwin Smith), Janet Carter (Charles Smith) and Kristine Spooner; her siblings-in-law, Richard Blakeslee, Carol Smith and Peter Deman; and her pet Molly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Thompson (Mike) and Sheila Frazier; her grandchildren, Kristopher Thompson, Karen Thompson, Erin Smith (Neil), Brenton Kaminski (Veronica) and Trent Scott (Brianna); her great grandchildren, Braeden Kaminski, Harper Kaminski, Landon Smith, Hayden Smith and Ethan Kaminski; her pet Nacho; her siblings, Harold Smith (Nancy), Ruth Blakeslee, Raymond Smith, Delores Inman (Jerry), Linda Deman and Katherine Waldo (Phil); and her sister-in-law Cecile Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Family Home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Holt Food Bank.
