He was predeceased by: his nephew Robbie. He is survived by: his parents, David Brickey and Diane Brickey (Modelski); his wife Polly (Donaldson); his sons, Keagan, Kade and Zoran; and his sisters, Kristine (Chad Mahaffey) and Karen Nelson (Dan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to David's sons' education fund in care of Polly Brickey.
