She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard J. Shattuck and Ogreta M. Shattuck (Gallagher); and her daughter Amy Jo Douglas. She is survived by: her spouse Terry; her daughter Cammy K. Nelson (Bradley); her son-in-law Michael Douglas; her grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob Nelson, Dalton and Jasmine Douglas; her great grandchildren, Bryce and Maddie Nelson; and her siblings, Ginny Snapp (Dan), Tina Penny (Sheldon), Fred and Terry Shattuck (Dottie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with her pet dogs.
