He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Pam Cumper. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Bliss and Jacqueline Bliss; his wife Ethel Bliss (Smith); his children, Amy Bliss, Tammy Rushlow, Terry Cumper and Mary Broadbent; and his siblings, Kirk Bliss (Nancy), Kevin Bliss (Barb), Carry Bliss (Terry), Kathleen Iler (Art) and Colleen Susewitz (Bill). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
