He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Duane Turner and Edna May Turner (Watson); and his siblings, Martha Alexander (Jim), Donna Scott (Tom), Muriel Higgins (Melvin), Margaret Kidd (Charles), James Turner (Nancy) and Andrew Turner (Lois).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Turner; and his children, Donald L. Turner (Geri), Robert D. Turner (Louise), Steven Q. Turner (Paula), Terry L. Turner, Deborah K. Turner (Black), Douglas S. Turner (Justine), Mark A. Turner, Julie S. Turner (Mike), Tonya R. Turner and Bradley K. Turner (Elizabeth). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, his first great-great grandchild on the way, several nieces and nephews.
