He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cummings and Mary Cummings; and his sister Evonnie Cummings. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Emberlyn, Eden, Kyler, Harper and Remi; his parents-in-law, Donna and James Nicolay; his siblings-in-law, Kevin Nicolay (Cindy), Pam Harbowy (Chris), Laura Thompson (Dennis) and Kendra Dolorfino (Gus); his siblings, John Cummings (Bonnie), Marty Cummings, Thomas Cummings, Judy Lipinski (Ken) and Mary Beth Green (Brian); and his wife Paula. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
