He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Ozarski and Julia Alice Lubkowski. He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Ozarski (Travis Keeley) and Amy Lantis (Sean); his grandchildren, Gavin Lantis, Kieran Lantis, Adelaide Keeley and Mirabel Keeley; his siblings, Robert Ozarski (Idel) and Barbara Ozarski; and his significant other Maureen Verkest.
