She was predeceased by: her father John A. "Jack" Thering; her brother Brian Thering; her parents-in-law, Gilbert and Eleanor Rau; and her brother-in-law Paul Rau.
She is survived by: her spouse Russ Rau; her children, Jacob (Helen Ranck-Rau), Noah (Casey Bazarewski-Rau) and Alanah (Chase Platte Rau); her mother Connie Hall-Thering (Hall); her siblings, Suzanne Thering (Gerry Sutterfield) and Rick Thering (Jami Buckley); and her grandchildren, Katie, Dominic, Emma and Josephine.
