He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Breilla. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Devin and Emily; his stepchildren, Jesse Reese (Amy) and Cheyenne Fugate (Josh); his grandchildren, Zane Lupinno, Josh Fugate, Jesse Fugate, Jesse Reese, Ava Reese and Faith Collins; his parents, Jo Berling (late Dennis) and Walter Amiot; his brothers, Brad Amiot (Tina) and Steve Amiot; his parents-in-law, Janet and Val Proseus; and his siblings-in-law, Christopher Proseus (Kelly) and Tina Smeets (Ted). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
