He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas, Sr. and Thelma. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Mazich; his children, Nicholas John Mazich (Kate), Holly McCracken (Mac) and Dan Mazich (Leanna); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Lane, Ava, Tanner and Conner; and his sister Linda Pressley.
