He is survived by: his wife Kathy Warren; his son Drew Pentkowski; his siblings, David Pentkowski, Jim Pentkowski, Chris Pentkowski, Therese Sattler, Patti Sadler (Don), Margret Kirschke (William) and Elizabeth Sheltrown (Lon); and his nephew Shane Pentkowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
