It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Ernest Culpert of Holly, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 20, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Culpert and Carolyn Culpert; his sons, Chris Culpert and Sean Sawyer; and his son-in-law Craig Kirchner.

He is survived by: his wife Catherine Sawyer-Culpert; and his children, Susan Nelson, Michael Culpert, Paul Culpert, Kevin Culpert, Kathleen Kirchner, Tammy Ward and Scott Wesley. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
