She was predeceased by: her parents, Casey Kuy and Myrt Vander Kuy. She is survived by: her brother Kirk Vander Kuy (Tammy); her aunt Charmy Vander Kuy; and her cousins, Steve Vander Kuy, Susie Edgecombe (Bob), Lauren Vander Kuy, Dave Vander Kuy (Julia), Chris Nelson (Dan), Cathy Rink (Dan) and Caroline Atkinson.
