He was predeceased by: his wife Tammy Haines. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Haines and Jean Haines; his brother Eric Haines (Tonia); his niece Aeryn; and his stepchildren, Skyler and Andrew Scofield. He is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
