Joan E. Gill Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2021, at the age of 83, Joan E. Gill of Holly, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Drew and Viola Drew (Reeside); her husband Eugene Gill; her siblings, Edmond, Neil, William, Kenneth Drew, Beverly Hamden and Shirley Stanton; and her grandson-in-law Michael Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Gill (Sachiko), David Gill (Cathy), Laurie Reddig and Kim Kammerer (Mike); her grandchildren, Randy Powell (Kim), Matt Gill (Jessica), Adam Kammerer, Brian Gill (Shelby), Ashley Thompson, Alan Reddig, Eric Gill (Emily) and Aaron Kammerer (Jessica); her brother Gary Drew (Kathy); and her great grandchildren, Addison Powell, Everly, Charles Gill and Oliver Kammerer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to covid restrictions a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, and she will be laid to rest with her husband Eugene, a Korean War Veteran, at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Rita Catholic Church Food Pantry.
