He is survived by: his parents, Ercel Pennington and Mary Pennington (Blevins); and his siblings, Greg Pennington (Laura), Bub Pennington, Wendy Beattie, Rhonda Grant (Kenneth), Clay Pennington (Nancy) and Cynthia Schatz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
