She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Scheich and Ernestine Scheich (Tessens); her children, David Laporte (Nancy) of Clinton Twp, Mike Laporte (Gail) of Morro Bay, CA, Scott Laporte (Amy) of Romeo, MI, Craig Laporte (Shelley) of Macomb Twp, Lisa Stambaugh of Unionville, CT and Jason Laporte (Lisa) of Rochester Hills, MI; her siblings, Louis, Richard, Gerald and Judy (Stein); her husband Patrick; and her siblings, Donald and Carol (Persons). She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and more than 60 nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid19, face coverings will be required at both the Funeral home and Church, and also mandate a restricted private Internment service only at the Great Lakes National Cemetery 4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442 next week Thursday Nov 12th.
