He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Spodeck and Grace Spodeck; and his brother Michael Spodeck. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Spodeck; his daughters, Renee Truman (Gary), Denise Konwinski (Greg) and Michelle Sikavitsas (Dustin); his grandchildren, Anthony, Bradley, Natalie, Dominic S., Arlana, Dominic K., Nathan, Mitchel, William, Benjamin and Max; his great grandchildren, Alexzander, Anderson and Zaiden; his brother Scott Spodeck; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Spodeck (Scott) and Roseann Spodeck (Michael); and his nephew Richard Spodeck.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
James Spodeck's family is asking that in lieu of gifts or flowers that donations be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society who have been beyond helpful to them over the past year.
