He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonniegene Wilson (Rutledge) and Frederick Wilson; his great grandchild Baby Charlie; his sister Susan Miller; and his sister-in-law Cathy Wilson.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wilson; his children, Heather Lloyd (Michael), David Moore (Kristhal), Richard Moore and Gregg Parrish (Lisa); his grandchildren, Christopher, Little David, Elise, Alex, Austin, Kaiden, Victoria, Raquel, Matthew, Zach, Emma, Alexis and Gavin; his great grandchildren, Lucas and Dwight; and his siblings, Stephanie Conarton (Gale), Fred Wilson and Karen Coons (Scott).
